Cologne, 13/12/2018. Bastei Lübbe AG (ISIN DE000A1X3YY0), listed in the Prime Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, announces that the Extraordinary General Meeting of oolipo AG on 10/12/2018 accepted a resolution to liquidate oolipo. The streaming platform for reading content was launched in March 2017 and was a subsidiary of Bastei Lübbe AG. The software developed by oolipo will be sold to Omega-Alpha SA, Luxembourg. The parties have agreed not to disclose the amount of the purchase price.
